Powell and her husband Benjamin W. Powell of the
first part and Gustave B. Underhill of the second
part all of the State & County aforesaid  Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of Thirteen
Hundred & fifty Dollars to them in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said 
parties of the first part have given granted bargain
ed sold & conveyed & by these presents do give, grant
