Township Eleven and Range Nineteen said planta-
tion or parcels of land forming a portion of the Arro-
donda Grant and containing one thousand two
Hundred and Eighty acres of land more or less &
land covered with water in Alachua County = To have and
to hold all and singular the above granted and described
lands and together with all and singular the buildings
houses, improvements and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said
party of the second part his heirs assigns, Executors
or administrators in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part for them
selves, their heirs and assigns, executors and adminis
trators covenant & agree with the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns that they are seized in
fee of the premises aforesaid, that they are free
to sell & convey the same to the said party of the second
part and that they will and their heirs executors and
administrators shall warrant and defend the title
to the same against the legal and equitable demands
of all persons claiming or to claim by through or under
them or either of them.
In testimony whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
on the day and year first above written.

Know all men by these presents that I, Esther M.
Powell wife of B.W. Powell of my own free will and
accord without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from my said husband, execute the foregoing Inden-
ture of Deed thereby conveying to the said Gustave B.
Underhill all my right, title and interest to the parcels
of land therein described & including my right of Dower
as well as my fee simple interest in the same. In testimo
ny whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
on this the Twenty third day of September AD 1874.
