Alachua County  } Personally appeared before me John G.
Faulkner a Justice of the Peace in and for the County &
State aforesaid who on a private examination separate
and apart from her husband B.W. Powell, acknowledged
that she signed and sealed the foregoing acknowledge
ment of Deed of her own accord. Witness my hand
and seal this twenty third day of September AD 1874.

M. Powell and Benjamin W. Powell who acknowledged
that they executed the foregoing Indenture of Deed of their
own accord for the purposes therein set forth. Witness
my hand and seal this twenty third day of September AD 1874

    This Indenture made and entered into the first
day of April AD 1874 between Elias Bauknight and
Henrietta M. Bauknight wife of the said Elias and
who joins in this Indenture for the purpose of relinquish
ing and conveying all her rights of Dower in and to
the premises hereinafter mentioned and described, of the
first part and Adora Bauknight of the second part
Witnesseth, that the parties if the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Thousand ($300000)
Dollars to them paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl
edged, have granted bargained and sold, and by these
presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the parties of the
second part and do hereby convey unto her all that tract
of land in the County of Alachua and the State of Florida
described as follows; sixty two (62) acres in Township Eleven
(11) Range twenty (20) Section thirty two (32) Deeded and described
by Henrietta Henry Bauknight and wife to Elias Bauk-
night on the 21st of February 1853; also twenty nine (29) acres
in section thirty two (32) Deeded and described to Elias
Bauknight on December 27th 1858 by A.J. Bauknight and
wife; also twenty (20) acres in Section thirty three (33)
Township 11 Range 20, starting at S.W. corner of said section
