gained, sold and quit claimed, and by these presents do bar-
gain sell and quit claim, unto the said Eli Futch, and to his
heirs and assigns forever, all our, and each of our right, title, inter-
est, estate, claim and demand, both at law and in equity, and
as well in possession as in expectancy, of, in and to, all that
certain messuage or tract of land situate in Alachua County and
state of Florida and described as follors, to wit: The south half
of the north-west quarter of Section twenty-one in Township
seven ~7~ South of Range Nineteen east containing eighty ~80~
acres more or less, also the South-east quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section sixteen in Township seven ~7~ Range
nineteen east, containing forty acres more or less, with all and
singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise pertaining: To have and to
hold, the above released premises to the said Eli Futch, his
heirs and assigns to his and their use and behoof forever.
And I, the said William G. Colson, and
Adeline Colson, wife of said William G. Colson, for our-selves
our heirs, executors and administrators do covenant with the said
Eli Futch, his heirs and assigns, that the above granted premises
are free from all incumbrances, made or suffered by us;
and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to the said Eli Futch
his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and de-
mands of all persons, claiming by, through, or under I me, but
against none other.
In witness, whereof, we the said Wm G. Colson
and Adeline Colson, wife of the said William G. Colson have
hereunto, set our hands and seals this the 27th day of April
