the rights and privileges immunities easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
forever. And the said parties of the first part for them-
selves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid and
for the said Florida Rail Road Company and
for all others claiming by, through or under them or
either of them do covenant and agree that they are
seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple
to the above premises and that they have good
right to convey the same as they have conveyed
the same, free and discharged from all incumbran-
ces and liens of any and every nature and description
and that the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons what
soever lawfully claiming the same and that they
will at any and at all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said
party of the second part as she the said party of
the second part her heirs or assigns or counsel learned
in the law may require. In testimony whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto af-
fixed their hands and seals this the day and year
