or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua & State of Florida & which is known and described
as follows to wit; the South East quarter of Section 24
Township 10 Range 22 East containing more or less
one hundred and fifty 85/100 acres & the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of Section 25, Township 10 South Range 22 East containing
seventy nine & 84/100 acres more or less together with all &
singular the tenemants, hereditaments & appurtenances & all the
Estate, title & interest of the party of the first part therein And
the party of the first part doth covenant & agree with the
party of the second part that at the time of the delivery hereof
the party of the first part is the lawful owner of the premises
above granted & seized thereof in fee simple absolute &
that he will warrant & defend the above premises in the quiet &
peaceable possession of the party of the second part his heirs
& assigns forever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
& seal, this the 12th April 1867.
