Brush, deceased.
    Together with all and singular the rights, privileges, ad-
vantages, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and re-
mainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; And also all
the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatso-
ever, both in law and equity, which the said testator had
in his lifetime and at the time of his decease, and
which the said party hereto of the first part hath, by virtue of
said last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in and to the
same and every part thereof, with the appurtenances.
    To have and to hold the above described lot or parcel of ground,
with the appurtenances, unto the said party hereto of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever.
    And the said party hereto of the first part, as executors afore-
said, doth covenant with the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns, that he has not done any act, matter or thing
to incumber the property hereby conveyed, and that he will ex
excute such further assurances as may be necessary.

          Be it Known, That on this day, a commissioner
appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida, and duly com-
missioned and qualified to take acknowledgements of deeds, &c
in the State of Maryland that are to be used or recorded in the
said State of Florida, personally appeared Charles W. Brush, to me Known
of my own Knowledge to be the party described in and who execut
ed the foregoing deed, and acknowledged the same to be his act
               In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my
