Richmond County } This Indenture made and entered
                } into this the 26th day of October
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy four between Mary W. Heath of
the City of Augusta and State and County
aforesaid of the first part and Sarah O. Mizell
of the State of Florida and County of Suwannee,
party of the second part in her own right-
Witnesseth:
           That for and in consideration of the
sum of Five Dollars to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the said party of the
first part has bargained, sold, aliened and con
veyed unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
Lot of of Land situated in the Town of Gainesville
in said State of Florida and in the County of
Alachua, described as follows, to wit: Lot num-
ber One (1) Block two (2) Range Three (3) fronting on
West Main Street in said Town of Gainesville
To have and to hold the same unto the said
party of the second, her heirs and assigns
forever.
        And the said party of the first part
in consideration of the premises does hereby
relinquish and Quit Claim all right, title or 
interest which she has or may have to the same 
in Law or in Equity and warrants the same
against herself and all persons claiming under her
unto the said party of the second part and
her heirs and assigns.
