confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and alien remise release convey and con-
firm unto the said parties of the second part
and to their heirs and assigns forever all that
certain tract or parcel of land lying near the
northern boundary line of the Town of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida, known and described
as follows to wit: Commencing at a stake
three (3) chains & eighteen (18) Links from the
corner dividing sections 32 and 33 Township 9
Range 20 South & East thence North 19 chains
and fifty Links to a stake at Beatties crossing
thence East eighty chains to section line thence

south along said line,^two chains (22) and
sixty eight Links to the South East corner of the
section thence West along the section line Seventy
three (73) chains and sixty (60) Links to a stake
in the swamp of Sweet water branch thence North
three (3) chains & Eighteen (18) Links to a stake thence
west six (6) chains and thirty six (36) Links to the
place of beginning containg one hundred and
seventy nine (179) acres more or less all of which
is situated in section thirty three (33) Township (9)
nine, Range twenty (20) as per diagram.

Together with all and singular the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions re-
mainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also all the estate, right title and interest Dower
right of Dower property possession, claims and de-
mands whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to
the same and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances. To have and to hold the 
above granted premises with the appurtenances
unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns for their own proper use benefit
and behoof in fee simple forever.
