And the said parties of the first part for ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators do covenant and
agree with the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee
simple of the aforegranted premises, that they are free
from all incumbrances and that we have good right
to sell and convey the same in manner and form
aforesaid and that we the said George F.K. Beattie
and Annie E. Beattie his wife will and 
our heirs executors and administrators shall forever
warrant and defend the same to the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons.  And we the said parties of the
first part do hereby waive and relinquish all
our right or Exemption by the statutes of the
State of Florida to the Constitution thereof or by
virtue of any of the Homestead laws of the State
    In witness whereof we the said George F.K. Beat-
tie and Annie E. Beattie his wife in token of her
release of all right or title in of to the Dower in the
aforegranted premises and of all rights or title under
the Homestead laws of the State have hereunto set our
hands and seals this the 26th day of August in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy four.
