Know all men by these presents that
I, Elizabeth A. Wasson of the Parish of 
Blissfield and County of Northumberland
and Province of New Brunswick in the
Dominion of Canada for diverse good
causes and considerations, we specially moving
have made, constituted and appointed and
by these presents do make, constitute and 
appoint Robert B. Wasson of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida and of the 
United States of American my true and lawful
Attorney for me and in my name to enter with 
and upon and to take possession of all and
singular my messuages farms lands tenements
whatsoever and wheresoever situated in the
State of Florida one of the United States of 
America aforesaid and also for me and in
my name to make sale of all convey all or
any of the said premises or any part thereof and
to sign receipts for the purchase moneys and to
sign seal and execute and as my act and deed
deliver good and sufficient and valid deeds
of conveyance and assurance for conveyance
the said premises or any part thereof to any pur-
chaser or purchasers of the same their heirs and
assigns and also for me and in my name to con-
tract with any persons for leasing any of said
premises & to make seal deliver and execute
any leases demises or grants for any term of years
and at such rents as my said Attorney shall think
proper and also for me and in my name to ask
receive and recover of all tenements and occupants
whomsoever of all & every the said premises all rents
and arrears of rents issues and profits due and
owing or which at any time hereafter shall grow
and become due and owing on account of the same
premises and if need be to ******** for, sue or prosecute
for the same and also for me and in my name to
commence and prosecute any action or actions suits or
suit as well real as personal and mixed or otherwise in
any court of law or equity in said State in relation to
the said premises and the same to prosecute and follow
or discontinue or become nonsuit therein as my said
