Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
we Thomas W. Chesnut and Helen Chesnut his wife
who joins her husband in this Deed for the purpose
of relinquishing her right of Dower in the premises
herein described both of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of Four hundred and Thirty one and fifty one hundredths
50/100 Dollars to us secured to be paid by James
Whitaker of the said County and State have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James
Whitaker all that certain piece parcel or tract of land
lying and being situated in what is known as the
Arrodonda Grant in Alachua County Florida Known
as all that certain part or portion of section seventeen (17)
