in Township Ten (10) South Range nineteen (19) East
which commences at the south west corner of said
section thence running east along the southern bound-
ary line of said section thirty one chains and
seventy six links to a stake, thence North forty seven
chains & six links to a stake, thence in a south westerly
direction thirty five chains and thirty links to a stake
on the western boundary line of said section, thence
south along said western boundary line thirty two
(32) chains to the point of beginning containing one
hundred and twenty four acres more or less
To have and to hold the same together with tenements 
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining to him the said James Whitaker his
heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
   In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals this the 14th day of January

examined separate and apart from her said husband
and acknowledged before me under her hand and seal
that the foregoing relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
in the premises in the foregoing deed described and set
forth was made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband
