She being the bidder thereof and that being the
highest sum bid for the same at said sale have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the
said Esther M. Powell the following described real
Estate to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of
land lying being and situated in Alachua County
Florida known as fractional section twenty four (24)
Township Eleven (11) Range Twety (20) the same
being the land levied upon and sold as aforesaid
as the property of Reuben S. Stoughton deceased to
satisfy said Execution. To have and to hold the
same to her the said Esther M. Powell his heirs,
Executors administrators and assigns as fully as I the
said Sheriff's aforesaid might could or ought to
sell and convey the same under and by virtue of the
said levy advertisement and sale.  In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this
the 2nd day of November AD 1874.
