Alachua County Florida as Trustees for the
Creditor of John W. Anderson deceased for and
in consideration of the sum of seven hundred
and fifty Dollars to us in hand paid at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
James B. Brown of said Town of Gainesville
Florida all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in said County and State known
as a part of the Leitner land commencing at
a stake on the eastern boundary of the said Leitner
land twenty (20) chains from the SE corner of No.
9 of the original survey of the Arrodondo Grant
made by Burr & Washington known as the
Moses E. Levy Grant running North Eighty
five Degrees fifteen minutes West (85° 15' 00)
Eighty chains to a point in Wauburg Lake
thence North 4° 45' East thirty one & 5/10 chains
to a point in Wauburg Lake thence South 85° 15'
E Sixty a point in Saw grass pond thence S
4° 45' W. Eleven  & 5/10 chains to a stake at corner
of No's 51, 52, 69 and 70 as represented by survey
and map made by W.C. Miller, thence S. 85° 15'
E. twenty chains to a stake on Eastern line of said
original survey then S 4° 45' W twenty chains to
the point of beginning including as per map
made by W.C. Miller all of No's 70, 69, 68, 67
and that portion of 52, 53 and 54 lying south of

boundary line, thence, commencing,^South and in
of Saw Grass pond containing one hundred and
fifty two acres more or less said lands being
part of what is known on the map of the Arrodondo
Grant as Lot or Section No nine (9) of the Moses E.
Levy Grant = To have and to hold the same to him
the said James B. Brown his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever. In witness whereof

day of January AD 1875
