Corporation as aforesaid party of the second
part or their assigns forever. All those certain
sections parcels or pieces of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida being in what is known as the
Arrodonda Grant and more particularly described
as follows to wit:- Sections twenty eight (28) and
Twenty nine (29) in Township Ten (10) South of
Range (20) Twenty East; containing section Thirty
six (36) Township Ten (10) South of Range nineteen
(19) East; Sections one (1) and Twenty three (23)
Township Eleven (11) South of Range nineteen
(19) East and section Twenty Eight (28) Township
Eleven (11) South of Range Twenty one (21) East
containing four thousand four hundred & 3/100
acres more or less together with all and singular
the tenements herditaments and appurtenances
therunto belonging and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and any part and parcel of the same
To have and to hold all and singular the above
described and granted premises unto the said parties
of the second part or their assigns forever in fee simple
And I, the said Edwin W. L'Engle party of the
first part do hereby waive and relinquish all my right
or title of Homestead or Exemption under the Homestead
laws of this State or any of the Statutory provisions
thereof; And I, the said Edwin W. L'Engle for myself
and heirs executors and adminstrators do covenant and
agree with said corporation its successors and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the above
granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
and that I have good right to sell and convey the same
as aforesaid and that I will and my heirs executors and ad
ministrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said
Corporation its successors and assigns forever against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons.
Provided Nevertheless that if the said Edwin W. L'Engle
Henry Elliott their heirs executors or administrators shall
pay or cause to be paid to the said Piedmont and Arlington
Life Insurance Company the aforementioned dues that
this Deed shall be absolutely void and of no effect.
