release of all right or title under the Homestead
laws of the state and all her right or title of or to
Dower and of all rights or title under the Homestead
laws of this State have hereunto set our hands and

that Eliza H. L'Engle wife of Edwin W. L'Engle
do by these presents made and executed by me
separate and apart from my said husband and in presence
of S.W. Burnett Justice of the Peace acknowledge and declare
that I did make myself a party and execute the foregoing
mortgage Deed for the purpose of relinquishing my Dower or
right of Dower in and to the lands in said Deed described
and mortgaged and also for the lawful purpose of re-
leasing and assigning all my right interest claim or
Estate in or to the said described lands under the Hom
stead laws of this State or any of the Statutory pro-
visions thereof and that I did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any fear apprehension constraint or fear of or
from my said husband
