This Indenture made and entered into this
May 28th day AD 1874 between Millege P. Bauknight
Sarah A.J. Bauknight wife of the said Millege
who joins in this Indenture for the purpose of re-
linquishing all her Dower in and to the premises
hereinafter described of the first part and Susan
D. Barr of the second part Witnesseth
That the parties of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Eight hundred ($800.00) Dollars
to them paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted bargained and sold and be
these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the
party of the second part and do hereby convey unto
her all that tract of land lying in the County of
Alachua State of Florida Known and described
as follows one hundred and sixty acres (160)
acres of land in section 29 Township 11 Range
20 it being the Eastern portion of said section
starting at the SE corner running 75.16 chains
thence N 3.4 chains to S R Branch, then down the
centre of said branch to Levy* as a grant, we our
heirs executors &c -
In testimony we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals this 28th day of May AD 1874.
