Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents
that I Susan D. Barr of the County and State
aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of
nine hundred ($900.00 Dollars to me paid by John
C. Bauknight of the County and State aforesaid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and release
unto the said John C. Bauknight his heirs and
assigns forever 160 acres of land more or less
in Section 29 Township 11 Range 20 it being the
Eastern portion of said section, starting at the
SE corner of said section running W 16 C, thence
N 34 thence to N Section line to still Branch 34; thence
down the center of said branch to Levy Prarie from
thence to N section line, thence E to corner of Section
thence South to starting place being and lying in
the County and State aforesaid it being a part of
the Arrodonda Grant together with the rights mem-
bers hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
or anywise incident - to have and to hold all and
singular the premises and boundaries unto the said
John C. Bauknight his heirs and assigns forever
And I do hereby bind myself my heirs executors and
assigns to warrant and forever defend the aforesaid
premises and boundaries against myself my heirs
executors and assigns and against all persons lawfully
claiming the same or any part thereof.
    In witness whereof I hereunto affix my hand and
scrawl for seal this July 6th AD 1874.
