Know all men by these presents that we Mary
Jane Perry W.S. Perry, Christiana Thigpen
J.C. Thigpen, Amelia Beck, Joseph Beck
and Franklin Link, the said Mary Jane, Chris
tiana and Amelia and Franklin Link the
heirs of Christian Link late of the County of
Alachua Florida deceased of the first part and
Jacob Link of the second part Witnesseth
 That the parties of the first part in consideration
of the sum of Five Dollars to them in hand
paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the
party of the second part his heirs and assigns all
that tract or parcel of land knwon and described
as Section Thirty six (36) Township Nine (9) Range
twenty one (21) lying in the said County and State
And all our right title and interest of whatever
nature to the same and particularly the interest we
have in the said lands as heirs or legatees of the
said Christiana Link; we hereby for the consideration
aforesaid as well as for the purpose of adjusting
settling and compromising all claims as held herein
as legatees we have or may have in said lands
making this Deed - to have and to hold the said de-
scribed lands to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns & against us our heirs &c. 
    In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and seals this December 11 AD 1874.
