Alachua County  } This Indenture made and execu-
ted this 21st day of January one thousand eight
hundred and seventy four between A.H. Perry of
the County and State aforesaid of the first part
and Samuel Hammond of the second part
Witnesseth that the said A.H. Perry for and in
consideration of six hundred and forty ($640.00)
to him in hand paid by the said Samuel Hammond
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold conveyed and delivered and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell convey and de-
liver unto the said Samuel Hammond his heirs and
assigns all of the following described lots or parcels
of section fourteen (14) Township Ten (10) Range (22)
East, containing eighty (80) acres more or less
To have and to hold the said before described prem-
ises together with all and singular the tenements heredit-
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him
the said Samuel Hammond his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple and the said A.H. Perry for
himself his heirs executors and administrators will
forever warrant and defend the title thereto against
the claim of all persons whatsoever.
   In testimony whereof the said A.H. Perry hereunto sets
his hand and seal the day and year above written.
