ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto Mrs. Sarah Canon Taylor 
now of the city of New York all that certain
piece parcel or tract of land being and lying
and situated in the North East corner of that
body of land in Alachua County Florida known
generally as the Leitner lands particularly
described on a plat of said Leitner lands
made by M.C. Miller as lots numbers nine (9)
ten (10) Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) containing
forty acres each more or less and contain-
ing in the aggregate one hundred and sixty
acres (160) more or less said land being
a part of what is known as the Arrodonda
Grant as lot or section No. (9) nine of the
Moses E. Levy Grant = To have and to hold
the same to her the said Sarah Canon Taylor
her heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever.
     In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals, this 21st day of
October AD 1874.

E.B. McCuen who being duly sworn says that
he saw James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan as
Trustees for the creditors of the Estate of John W. And-
erson Decd sign seal and deliver the foregoing instru
ment for the uses and purposes as therein contained and
epressed and that he together with S.B. Torley signed
the same as subscribing witness thereto-
