County of Alachua} This Indenture made this 26th
day of August AD 1874 between George F.K. Beattie
of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and
Lawson L. Hill of the same County and State of
the other part  Witnesseth That the said George
F.K. Beattie in consideration of the sum of
                            paid
Fifty Dollars to him in hand,^by the said
Lawson L. Hill the receipt whereof he doth
hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained sold
released and confirmed and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell and release and
confirm unto the said Lawson L. Hill and
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
portion of land lying and being in the County
and State aforesaid and more particularly 
described as follows commencing at a stake
dividing sections 32 and 33 Township nine Range
20 South and East and Sections four and five
(4&5) Township 10 Range twenty (20) South
and East; thence North three (3) chains & (18)
Eighteen links to a stake, thence East six (6)
chains & thirty six (36) links, thence South three
(3) chains & eighteen (18) links, thence west six (6)
chains & thirty six (36) links to the place of begin-
ning, together with all and singular the heredita-
ments and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
belonging or appertaining. And the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders rents, issues
and profits thereof and every part and parcel
thereof. And also the Estate right, title interest
trust, property claim and demand whatsoever both
at Law and in equity of the said George F.K. Beat-
tie in, to or out of the said lands tenements heredit-
aments and premises - To have and to hold the
said lands tenements and hereditaments and all
and singular the premises hereinbefore mentioned
with all the appurtenances unto the said 
Lawson L. Hill his heirs and assigns and
to his and their only proper use and behoof - 
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
