County of Alachua} Before me S.W. Burnett per-
sonally appeared Annie E. Beattie who being duly
sworn deposes and says that she has read the fore
going Instrument in which George F.K. Beattie con
veys a certain tract of land herein before described
being in the Northern boundary of the Town of Gainesville
Florida and containing two (2) acres more or less to
Lawson L. Hill and hereby voluntarily relin-
quishes all my right title and claims in and to said
lands and right of Dower.

I, S.W. Burnett Justice of the Peace of the County
and State aforesaid do hereby certify that Annie
E. Beattie wife of George F.K. Beattie voluntarily
relinquishes all her right title claim in and to and
right of Dower in a certain tract or parcel of land
hereinbefore described and conveyed by the said
George F.K. Beattie to Lawson L. Hill, she being
questioned apart from her husband.
