County of Alachua} This Indenture made the 24th
day of September A.D. 1874 between William
Waits of the County and State above named
of the first part and Mrs. Mary D. Ormond
of the same place of the second part Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Seven hundred $700.00
Dollars to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part whereof the receipt is 
hereby acknowledged have bargained sold aliened
released and conveyed and by these presents
doth grant and convey unto the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns forever
All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
and which is known and described as follows to wit:
the East half of South west quarter of section 15
in Township 10 South Range 22 containing 80
Eighty acres; also south west quarter of South
West quarter of Section Fifteen (15) Township (10)
South, Range 22, containing forty (40) acres;
Also the North East quarter of North West quarter
of Section twenty two (22) Township 10 south, Range
22 containing forty acres; that fractional West
half of the South East quarter of Section Fifteen
(15) T. 10 South Range 22 lying west of the Rail Road
and all that part of the North West quarter of the
North East quarter of section twenty two (22) South
of Range 22, Township 10 lying North of the Gaines-
ville Road and West of the Rail Road containing
fourteen (14) acres, the aggregate amount being one
hundred and seventy four (174) acres together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and the said party
of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with
the said party of the second part that he will
warrant and defend the above granted premises in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of
the second part her heirs and assigns forever.
   In witness whereof I have set my hand and affixed
my seal this 24th day of September AD 1874
