Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents
that we James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan as
both of Alachua County Fla. as Trustees for the Creditors
of the Estate of John W. Anderson decd for and in consid
eration of the sum of six hundred and fifty Dollars
to us in hand paid at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged we have granted bargained sold and con-
veyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and 
convey unto Mrs. Anna P. Acee wife of Albert E. Acee
of the State of Louisiana and Ellen L. Day wife of Harry
E. Day of the State of Alabama all that certain piece parcel
or tract of land known on a private plat of the Leitner
Lands made and surveyed by W.C. Miller as Lots
No's 51, 47, 48 and 33 and the North Fractional part of
Lot no. fifty four (54) lying North of saw grass pond and
Wauburg Lake each Lot containing forty acres more
or less, excepting about ten (10) acres more or less heretofore
sold by us to J.B. Brown in Lot No. 54 lying South of Saw
grass pond and all of them being a part of what is
commonly known as the "Leitner Place" situated in
Alachua County State of Florida on what is known
as the map of the "Arrodonda Grant" made by David
H. Burr and Henry Washington as a part of Section No.
nine of the Moses E. Levy Grant.
