seventy five between Thomas C. Ellis & Sarah A. Ellis
party of the first part and Olivia H. Porter party of the second
part all of the Town of Gainesville State & County above mentioned
Witnesseth _ That the party of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Two hundred ($200.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargain
ed sold and conveyed & by these presents doth bargain and
sell unto the party of the second part and to her heirs and
