described as follows, to wit;- commencing on the
North west corner of the South West quarter of section (5)
five Township ten (10) S Range 20 E, thence running East
thirty three (33) chains, thence South twenty two (22) chains
to a stake which will be the place of beginning -, thence
six (6) chains and thirty six links west, thence South
fifteen chains and seventy two links, thence East six (6)
chains and thirty six links, thence North fifteen (15)
chains and seventy two links to the place of beginning
containing ten (10) acres more or less:_ Together with
all and singular the tenements and every thing that
appertains thereto and also all the Estate, right title and
interest whatsoever thereto as well in law as in equity of
the said parties of the first part of in and to the same
To have and to hold the above granted and described
premises with the appurtenances and the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever And the said
party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with
the said party of the second part that at the time of the
delivery hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful
owner of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee
simple absolute and that they will warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the party of the second part her heirs and
