Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered into this
the twenty-first ~21st~ day of April, in the year of our Lord, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-three ~1873; between Samuel Y. Finley
of said state and county of the first part and his wife Julia
D. Finley who joins her said husband herein for the purpose of
relinquishing her right of dower to the premises herein granted, be-
ing the parties of the first part and Mrs Ellen Ashby the party of the
second part, Witnesseth,
                         That for and in consideration of the
sum of Two hundred dollars paid by the party of the second
part to the party of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, the said parties of the first part, have bargained, sold, aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do sell, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, her heirs, and assigns, all of
the interest of the said parties of the first part, or either of them, of or
in the following described property, situated in said state and county
viz:- one undivided half interest, in the west half of section sev-
enteen ~17~ Range twenty-two ~22~ Township nine ~9~ South and
East containing three hundred and twenty ~320 acres, more or
less. Together with all the interest of the said parties of the first
part in the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
      To have and to hold, the said granted land and premises
unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns in
fee simple forever.
               And the said parties of the first part, do by these
presents warrant and defend the said granted title, to the said
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns in fee simple title
forever against themselves and all persons claiming by through
or under them or either of them.
