of Dower without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her husband the said James M. Sparkman

Alachua County  } This Indenture made this July 6th 1874 between
Catherine Gay of the first part and William T. Cheves party
of the second part both of County and State aforesaid
Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of one Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and
sell unto the party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever, Lot number three Block number ten lying and being in
the town of Waldo and described on the map of said Town.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining thereto and also all the
Estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatever of the said party
of the first part Either in law or in Equity of, in and to the above granted
