forever to the sole & proper use, benefit and behoof of the party

the consideration aforesaid and for valuable consideration
I, Catherine Gay relinquish all my right, claim and

Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered into
this the 29th day of January A.D. 1875 between Thomas
Walker of the County of Marion and State of Florida
of the first part and Carlos Huntley of the County
of Alachua & State of Florida of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to him
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the purpose of the better securing the payment
of a certain promissory note bearing even date
with these presents which said note reads as follows:
$11000 Six months after the date hereof I promise to
pay to Carlos Huntley or order the sum of one
hundred and ten dollars with interest at the
ten per cent from date, & I hereby waive
constitutional and Statutory exemptions this the
