presents do grant bargain and sell and convey to the
said party of the second one Iron Gray Horse Poney
(small) aged 5 years, also one Bay mare aged
about ten years old and all of my crop whatsoever
nature or kind grown or to be grown by me
during the year 1873 in the county of Marion
and State of Florida to have and to hold the
above described property unto the said Carlos Huntley
his heirs or assigns forever and the said party
of the first part agrees that if it should ever
become necessary to collect the same by law
to pay all attorneys fees, costs of courts &c, and
also waives all of constitutional and Statutory
Exemptions.
The condition of the above obligation is such that if
the said Thomas Walker party of the first part, will
well and truly pay the within described promissory
note at maturity, then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue
In testimony whereof the said party of the first
part has hereunto set his hand and seal the
year and day above mentioned written.
