understood that the said parties of the second
part shall have the right to give up and sur-
render said premises to the party of the first part
at any time, and the said parties of the second
part agree that upon the performance of the
conditions and stipulations above mentioned by the
said J.B. Brown that they will pay unto him his
heirs or assigns the above mentioned rent of twenty
five dollars per month for the year beginning
from the date hereof

first part in consideration of a conveyance executed

the sum of one dollar hath bargained sold remised and
quit claimed and by these presents doth bargain sell
remise and quit claim unto the said party of the
second part and to his assigns forever all that part of
the grant of Land known as the Fernandez Grant
Located in Townships 8 & 9 South of Ranges 18 & 19
East in Alachua County Florida which was in the
partition of said Grant set apart and decreed to
Joseph Lawton deceased and which lies within the
exterior lines of Section 12 Township 9 South and
Range 18 East of the Arredondo Grant in said
County
Together with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise |
