Alachua County  } This Indenture made the sixteenth day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and Seventy four between Lizzie H. McCallum
and H.B. McCallum her husband parties of the first
part and Beverly C. Mitchell of Albany State of Georgia
party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration 
of the sum of Five hundred dollars, lawful money
of the United States of America, to them in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs, all that parcel or piece of
land known and described as follows: West
half of East half of the North East quarter and 
the North West quarter of the North East quarter
and North East quarter of the North West quarter all in
Section seven (7) Township eight (8) South of Range
(19) nineteen east, lying situate and being
in Alachua County and State of Florida and con-
taining, one hundred and twenty acres more or
less together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining, to have and to hold
the said lands with the rights, members and
appurtenances thereof whatsoever with the remain-
ders, reversions, rents, issues and profits, to the only
proper use and behoof of the said party of
the second part and his heirs.
And the said parties of the first part, for them
and their heirs, doth covenant with the said
party of the fir second part and his heirs that
they will forever warrant and defend the above
named premises to the said party of the second
part, and his heirs, against the lawful demands
of all persons whatsoever.
And this Indenture further Witnesseth that
Lizzie H. McCallum wife of the said H.B. McCallum
hath signed this Indenture making herself a party
with her said husband to this conveyance, for the
purpose of relinquishing her right of dower in and
