       to the premises granted, for and in the consideration of the
       sum of Five dollars to her paid at and before the
       execution of these presents, the receipt where of
       is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained,
       sold, relinquished, renounced and forever
       released, and by these presents doth grant, bargain
       sell, relinquish, renounce and forever release unto
       the said party of the second part all her estate
       title property dower or right of dower in or to the
       said above described and granted lands and
       tenements and the appurtenances: to have and to
       hold the same freely and fully and discharged of
       all further or future claims of or by her the said
       Lizzie H. McCallum or her heirs or representatives
       unto the said Beverly C. Mitchell his heirs and assigns
       forever.
         In Witness whereof the the said party of the first part
       to these presents and Lizzie H. McCallum his McCallum
       wife have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
       and the year first above written.

       Know all Men by these Presents that I Lizzie H.
       McCallum wife of the above named H.B. McCallum
       do by these presents, made and executed by me
       separated and apart from my husband and in
       the presence of W.M. Ives Jr, a judicial ^officer^ of this State,
       acknowledge and declare that I did make myself
       a party to the foregoing deed of conveyance for the
       purpose of relinquishing my right of dower in and
       to the lands in said conveyance described and
       Granted, and that relinquishment of dower was
       and is made freely and voluntarily, and without
       compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
       from my said husband, the said H.B. McCallum
       In witness whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name,
       and affix my seal this the sixteenth day of Decr.
