Columbia County } To all whom it may concern: Be
it Known, that on this 16th day of Decr A.D. 1874
personally appeared before me the above named Lizzie H.
McCallum who being at the time separate and
apart from her husband H.B. McCallum
did then and there make and execute the fore-
going acknowledgement, her name being with
her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed
in my presence.

Twentieth day of December in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
two between Martha J. Haynsworth wife of 
Richard P. Haynsworth of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida in her own right, and
Richard P. Haynsworth her husband, in right
of his said wife, parties of the first part, and
Elizabeth H. McCallum party of the second
part: Witnesseth, that the said parties of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Three hundred and Twenty dollars, to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part,
