at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, sold, released, conveyed, granted and
confirmed, and by these presents doth bargain,
sell, release, grant, convey and confirm, unto the
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain tract, parcel or piece of land
known and described as follows. West half of East
of half of the NE quarter and the North west quarter
of the North East quarter and the North East quarter
of the North west quarter, all in Section seven (7)
Township eight (8) south of Range nineteen (19)
East, lying situated and being in Alachua County
Florida and containing one hundred and th
twenty acres more or less, Together, with all
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and 
appurtenances thereto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever,
as well in Law as in Equity, of the said parties of
the first part, in and to the above described premises;
and every part and parcel thereof: To have and
to hold the above granted, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns, to her and
their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
And the said parties of the first part, for themselves,
their heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby
covenant with the said party of the second part her
        and
heirs or assigns, that at the time of the delivery hereof the
                                      lawful
said parties of the first part are the^owners of the pre-
mises above granted, and seized thereof in Fee Simple
absolute; that they are free from all encumbrances;
that the said parties of the first part have good right
to sell and convey the same to the said party of the 
second part, as aforesaid, and that the said parties
of the first part, their heirs, executors and administrators
the above described and hereby granted and conveyed
premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with
the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns, against the said parties
of the first part and their heirs, and against all
and every person and persons whomsoever, lawfully
