This Indenture made the 15th day of December in the
year AD 1873 between Ashel G. Darwin and Kate
V. Darwin his wife of the Township of Bloomfield and
State of New Jersey party of the first part and Willet S.
Mair Assignee in Bankruptcy of the Estate and Effects
of the Bank of Madison, a Bankrupt of the second
part Witnesseth _ That the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen
Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in paid by the said parties
of the second part at or before the ensealing and de-
livery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged and the said party of the second part, his
heirs Executors and administrators forever release and
discharge from the same by these presents hath granted
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain,
sell, alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and as-
signs forever all that certain tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and designated and described as follows
to wit;- First, that certain tract or parcel of land lying
within the boundaries of the Arredondo Grant and bounded
on the North by lands formerly owned by Duncan L. Clinch
and John Y. Gary, on the East by section 29 on the South by
section 31 formerly owned by B.A. Putnam and also by section
36 in the said last mentioned Grant and on the West by lands
formerly owned by George F. Clark, the said tract of land
lying and belonging in Township Ten South of Range 19 and
20 and containing Fifteen hundred acres being the same
tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to Edward Haile
the Grantor of the said party of the first part by Deed of Jacob
Walburg and Benjamin A. Putnam administrators of John
H. McIntosh Jr, being dated May 1st 1854 and duly recorded
in the Clerk's Office of the County of Alachua at Newnansville
on the 7th day of February 1855 in Book No. 3 pages 32, 33, 
34 and 35, and also by Deed of Catherine A. Sadler being dated
May 1st 1854 and duly recorded in the Clerk's Office at New-
nansville County of Alachua in Book 3 pages 42, 43 and 44,
February 16th 1855, and also by Deed from G.W. Clinch, H.A.
Clinch, G.H. McIntosh, J.C. Gibbs, Guardian and Sedonia F.
Salvador all of which said Deeds convey different intrests in the
