said property and are duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the said County of Alachua and are hereby referred to for
greater assurance and certainty in description of said
property; And also secondly, that certain tract or
parcel of land lying and being in said County of Alachua
and described as follows, to wit;- as fractional parts of Section
Number twenty six and twenty seven of Township ten south of
Range nineteen East being embraced in the John Y. Gary
tract and bounded on the North by section No. twenty two
and twenty three, on the south and west by lands formerly be-
longing to William Colson and on the south and east by
lands formerly belonging to one George F. Clark contain-
ing seventy four & 94/100 acres being the premises conveyed
to the said Edward Haile the Grantor of the said party of the
first part by Deed from Phillip Dell, Executor of the last
Will and testament of Bennett M. Dell being dated
April 6th 1859. Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
Estate right, title interest property possession claim and de-
mand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said 
parties of the first part of, in or to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appur-
tenances_ To have and to hold all and singular the above
mentioned premises together with the appurtenances to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said
parties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and
administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the said
parties of the first part at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute
and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple of and in all
and singular the above granted bargained and described prem
ises with the appurtenances and have good right full power and
lawful authority to grant  bargain sell and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid and that the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times
hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and
enjoy the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances without any let suit trouble molestation
eviction or disturbance of the said parties of the first part
