extending from the South Easterly corner of the whole
tract to the North westerly corner thereof and embracing
the said North westerly corner, the residue or balance of the
three hundred and ninety six acres of said Five hundred
acre tract having been conveyed by Edward Haile to
Watson Porter and De Warren L. Barton by Deed
being dated the   day of July 1869 and also that
certain other tract or parcel of land in said County
and State designated and described as follows;
Forty acres of land being part of section twenty five (25)
Range Nineteen (19) Township ten (10) bounded on the
West and South by lands belonging to Porter & Barton
on the North by lands belonging to L.J. Patterson and Edward
Haile and on the East by lands heretofore belonging to
Edward Haile and being the same tract or parcel of
land which was conveyed to Edward Haile by Watson
Porter and De Warren L. Barton by Deed dated July 27th
1869 and duly recorded in the County Clerk's Office of said
County of Alachua in Book H pages 33 and 34 on
the 10th of August 1869 - To have and to hold the said
lands and all the appurtenances and improvements thereto
belonging unto the said                 his heirs and assigns
forever together with all and singular the tenements heredit-
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the Estate, right title interest, property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part of in or to the above described premises
and every tract and parcel thereof with the appurtenances - 
The To have and to hold all and singular the above descri-
bed premises with all and singular with the appurtenances unto
the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever -
