State of Florida} This Indenture made this Twentieth day
       Alachua County  } of January A.D. 1874 between Samuel
       Fairbanks and Juliet his wife of Duval County State of
       Florida parties of the first part and George R.
       Fairbanks of Franklin County Tennessee party of
       the second part Witnesseth that the said Samuel
       Fairbanks and wife in consideration of the sum of
       Five Hundred dollars lawful money of the United
       States to them in hand paid and the receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar-
       gained &  sold unto the said party of the second
