claim unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and
assigns forever, All that certain piece or parcel of land, situate ly-
ing and being in the county of Alachua, and State of Florida, and
which is known and described as follows, to wit:- Lots number-
ed one ~1~ two ~2~ three ~3~ four ~4~ in Block number five
~5~ Range two ~2~ in the town of Newnansville, in the county of
Alachua and state aforesaid. Also the south half ot he lot number
four ~4~ in Block three ~3~ Range no one ~1~ in said town
of Newnansville. Also a part of the north half of lot number five
~5~ in Block number four ~4~ in Range number one ~1~ in
said town of Newnansville which is bounded and described
as follows to wit: Beginning at the north-east corner of said
lot number five ~5~ and running thence due South forty-two
feet, thence due east west, one hundred and five feet, thence due
north forty two feet and thence due east one hundred and five
feet to the point or place of beginning, containing four thous
and four hundred and ten feet. Also lot number three ~3~ Lot
number four 4 Range number one ~1~ village survey in said
Town of Newnansville described as follows to wit, Beginning at
a corner stake of the village land survey thence running south
one hundred and five ~105~ fett front, thence one hundred and five
~105 feet west, thence one hundred and five ~105~ feet north, thence
east one hundred and five 105 feet to the point of beginning.
            Being the same premises which were conveyed by the
said parties of the first part to the said George Dallamore by deed
bearing even date herewith, and not recorded, and on which the
said George Dallamore made and excuted a certain mort-
gage, for one thouasand dollars and interest as part of the
consideration in said deed expressed,and which said mort-
gage was recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for said county of Alachua, state of Florida in Book 6 of
mortgage on page 182 of the records in said office on the thirtieth
day of August 1872. These presents being given in pursuance
of the covenant of further assurance contained in said deed.
             Together with all and singular the tenements heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof: And also, all the 
estate, right, title, interest, curtesy right of curtesy, property,
possession claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part, of, in or to the above
described premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the
appurtenances: To have and to hold all and singular the
