County of Duval } that on this 20th day of January A.D. 1874 personally
appeared before me a Notary Public of the State of Florida the above
named Juliet Fairbanks to me well known as the wife of Samuel Fairbanks
and as one of the persons described in and who executed the above
foregoing deed of conveyance who being at the time separate and
apart from her said husband the said Samuel Fairbanks
did then and there made and execute the foregoing acknowl-
edgment her name being with her own hand subscribed and her
seal affixed in my presence - Witness my hand and
seal at Jacksonville Duval County Florida the day and

State of Florida} This Indenture made and entered into
Alachua County } this the 21st day of November 1874 between Philip
B.H. Dudley party of the first part and Joanna Kirby party
of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of the Two
Hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to
him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has given,
granted aliened bargained sold, transferred conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do give grant
alien, bargain sell transfer remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and to her heirs and assigns forever all that certain
tract of Land situate lying and being in the
County and State aforesaid and better known and
