State of Florida}  This Indenture made & entered into
Alachua County  } this October 31st AD 1874 between Anderson
Hunter and Charlotte Hunter his wife and Cupid Hunter
and Mary Ann Hunter his wife, of the first part
and Ezekiel P. Hickson of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part (the said Char-
lotte Hunter and Mary Ann Hunter joining in this deed for
the purposes of renouncing and relinquishing their right
& title to dower to in the premises hereinafter mentioned)
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred dollars
to them paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold, and by these presents do
grant bargain and sell to the party of the second part
the following named and described property, Viz, (260 2/100)
two hundred and sixty 2/100 acres in the North west quarter
of the lot of land Known as the Moses E. Levy Grant, in
lot number (11) eleven, also the reserve from the South
West quarter of same number by the party of the second
part to Moses Fryermouth called the Wells field.
Situated in the County of Alachua & State of Florida.  To 
Have and to Hold the before described premises to
the party of the second part, his heirs & assigns as against
us his h our heirs & assigns - In Witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this

of the Peace in and for said county do hereby cer-
tify that on the 31st day of October AD 1874 Charlotte
Hunter wife of Anderson Hunter and Mary Ann
Hunter wide of Cupid Hunter appeared before me
and being duly by my examined separately and apart
from their said husbands acknowledged that their
relinquishment and renunciation of dower to the
lands conveyed in the above deed of even date
