Know all men by these presents that we John R. Hague of the
State of Florida and County of Alachua and Stephen Hague
of the State of Florida and County of Bradford for and in
consideration of the sum of Six Hundred dollars to us in hand
paid have granted bargained and sold, and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto William Fowler of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, and known and described
as follows to wit,  The South West quarter of Section Twenty Seven
and the South East quarter of North West quarter of Section Twenty Seven
also North East quarter of North West quarter of Section Thirty four, Town-
seven South of Range nineteen East containing two Hundred
and forty acres more or less together with all the appurtenances
and all the right title Interest claim and demand of us or
either of us in the premises to have and to hold the same unto
the said William Fowler and his heirs in fee simple
