his heirs and assigns that we are now the owners of the said 
premises and are seized of a good and indefeasible estate of inher
itance therein and that we have full right and power to sell
and convey the same in fee simple that the said premises are
free and clear of all encumbrances that the said William Fowler
his heirs and assigns may forever hereafter have hold and possess
and enjoy the same without any suits molestation or inter
ruption by any person whatsoever lawfully claiming any right
therein and that we the said John R. and Stephen Hague and
all persons hereafter claiming under us will at any
time at the request and expense of the said William Fowler
his heirs or assigns make all such further assurances
for the more effectual conveyance of said premises
with the appurtenances as may be reasonably required
by him or them and that we the said John Rand Stephenson
Hague and our heirs will warrant and defend the said
premises with the appurtenances unto the said William
Fowler and his heirs and assigns forever.
    In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this the Twenty Ninth day of November one Thousand
Eight Hundred and Seventy Three

State of Florida  } Know all men by these presents
County of Bradford} that I Caroline Hague wife of Stephen
Hague one of the signers of the foregoing deed of conveyance
recited and in further consideration of the sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid at and before the deliv-
ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do hereby renounce release relinquish
and forever quit claim all my dower or right or right
of dower of in or to the premises by said deed conveyed
as freely and voluntarily as I might or could do the
same.
     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this the 29th day of
