certify that Caroline Hague wife of Stephen Hague
signed the foregoing relinquishment of Dower in
my presence and being examined separate and apart
from her said husband by me acknowledged that she 
done the same freely and voluntarily without any con-
straint from her said husband and that the same
was done to relinquish her dower and right of Dower
to the said premises by said deed conveyed Witness

Alachua County  } Judith Holloway of the one part in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and and
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and fifty
Dollars paid to me by John E. Hill of the other part in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant
sell bargain and convey unto the said John E. Hill his
heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of
land situated in Alachua County State of Florida
West half of North West quarter of Section (10) Ten,
Township (7) Seven Range (19) Nineteen, S and East,
to have and hold the above granted premises to the
said John E. Hill his heirs and assigns to his their
use and behoof forever and I the said Judith
Holloway for myself my heirs executors administrators do
covenant with the said John E. Hill his heirs and as-
signs that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of
the aforegranted premises that they are free from
all encumbrances that I have good right to sell and
convey the same to the John E. Hill his heirs and as-
signs forever as above granted against the Lawful
claims and demands of all persons whomsoever
in witness whereof the said party of the first part
have hereunto set her name and
