This Indenture made this first day of January A.D. one thousand
eight hundred and seventy five Between Solomon F. Halliday of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first
part and George R. Fairbanks of the County of Franklin and
State of Tennessee party of the second part. Witnesseth that the
Said party of the First part in consideration of the sum of
Two hundred and Fifty Dollars to him in hand paid
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell
unto the said party of the second part all the following described
lands and premises situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to wit the North half of Section Number
seven of Township Number Ten South of Range Number Twenty
East as designated on the map of the Arredondo Grant in
Said County of Alachua being part of the same premises
