State of Florida } This Indenture made and Entered into
County of Alachua} this 7th day of December A.D. 1874 Between
William Edwards and Julia A. Edwards his wife parties
parties of the first part and James M. Sparkman is
party of the second part. Witnesseth that for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Sixteen Hundred and Eighty Eight 33/100
Dollars to the said parties of the first part in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at the time of Execu-
ting this Indenture the said parties if the first part
hath bargained sold and doth hereby convey unto the
said party of the second part all the right title or
interest which the said parties of the first part have 
or hold at Law or in Equity to all those certain Lots
or parcels of Land Known and described as Blocks
six (6) and seven (7) in Ranges six (6) and Seven (7)
