Your petitioner Cosmos O. Bailey
Administrator of James B. Bailey decd respectfully rep-
resents to your Honor, that there are debts and taxes due
and payable out of the assets of the said deceased and
that he the said Administrator, has not in his hands or
possession sufficient moneys or personal property of said
deceased to pay the same.
Wherefore your petitioner respectful
ly asks that your Honorable Court grant an order allowing
